The head of the UN’s Nobel-winning panel of climate scientists said on Friday that only seven years were left for stabilising emissions of global-warming gases at a level widely considered safe.

Actually, what if the EU, US and developing nations are not able to control the emission in near future.
Now thats a very scary thought.
As most scientists believe, it will lead to increase in temp, which will in effect melt ice and glaciers, causing immediate floods, rising sea levels, countries like Maldives going undersea, even cities and towns on banks of Ganga river will be gone and after flooding, permanent drought.
Low rainfall, hotter temperature, many new diseases, lack of fresh water, climate change, many species of animals won’t survive ...
Wow, my mind is saying ”all this can’t really happen!”, but the problem is it CAN and it MAY happen...
Maybe not in 7 years but it may be how the future will be if the govts and UN fail to control these green house gases...
