The military junta which controls that country is reticent to accept foreign aid because it will make them feel obligated to the outside world when the question of human rights and freedom and raised.

The military in Burma should hook up with Robert Mugabe’s Zanu-PF, they seem to have a lot in common.

Pity the poor victims of the storm...
