The himalayan terrain is such that medicinal plants grow luxuriantly. Infact, if one had to conduct research on herbs which could prove to be a gold mine to the pharmaceyticals, could actually turn out to be a diamond mine. Unscrupulous people might smuggle and sell the valued plants at a higher rate.
