There are many stories that get repeated through out the year but that doesn’t mean we stop reading them. It is always good to be aware of whats happening in the National Capital be it even a heavy rainfall.

You guys are right. This story is not new, even in this year. And heavy rain is not a problem only of Delhi, but many other parts of our country are also affected by Flood and heavy rain. This is all play of mother nature. We can’t change the course of nature, but can only wait for it to calm down.
