Chocolate contain flavonoids, and dark chocolate is better. Its proven that white chocolate (which has no cocoa)has no great properties that dark bitter chocolate might have. I wouldn’t be surprised if they said chocolate increases longevity.. And yeah.. If it tastes that good, It must be doing some good to us
