We can have something like that but how much would it improve the situation. We all know that natural disasters are something which we can never get rid ourselves of. Ofcourse, we can have a global system, but I am really worried about its effectiveness.

The world is getting old and man’s destructive ways have made the Earth sick. Because of these, we are experiencing the lashes of Mother Nature. So it is very essential that nations will initiate disaster preparedness campaign in their respective countries. Aside from the global awareness measures against climate change, we need to protect lives and ensure the safety of the people and their properties.

This is a fact that we all are so helpless before the mother nature,but its judicious to take precautions and be prepared ,in order to face these recurrent catastrophies.Had this decision been taken earlier many lives could have been saved.Anyhow,i hope this system is implemented in reality.
