ya that’s true ....due to our best and oldest way of selection procedure these type of problem will arise....India follows the procedure of world war-II to make selection of officers in Army and Air force .

Not only the selection procedures but also pay packages play game here.. Private sectors pay much higher than IAF.. that’s y pilots run to private sectors..

Serving the nation is no more in fashion. Looting it, is the latest craze. Servicemen are no more respected in society. People pity them, corrupt officials ignore them and government does not adequately pay them.
