That looks very unlikely as Musharraf is one dictator who just hates to get out of the limelight. But if this news is true and Musharraf gets out of office, it would be a great opportunity for Pakistan to completely embrace democracy in all spheres.

Agreed that he hates going out of limelight but his days at the office are numbered Jay. Musharraf has to leave either ways. There was a time he lived by his own whimsies but that honeymoon period( a fairly long one at that) is well and truly over for him. Moreover, he deserves to be chucked out, he should fee l lucky if he is given the option of bowing out with dignity.

If its democracy and people’s verdict should be held supreme, then there should be no place for the likes of Mugabe and Musharraf. Pakistan is craving for the succor of freedom from dictators. Its a welcome step, if he himself vacates his THRONE (occupied forcibly). Otherwise, who knows Nepal isn’t that far from Pakistan.
