Is Pumping sulphur into atmosphere to slow down global warming a great solution?

An Australian scientist has proposed a radical solution to slow down global warming, by suggesting a technique which would place sulphur gas into the Earth’s stratosphere to keep out the Sun’s rays.

We have heard of ways that save the earth from bearing the blunt of global warming but those are all remedies restricted to keeping the earth in its present state. This latest idea of pumping sulfur sounds a way which could actually help the earth to in a more realistic manner but the hurting factor would be the fact that the skies wont remain blue anymore, Never the less, if that is the last way to save the earth then why not do it.

What happens when there is excessive sulphur in the atmosphere? It turns to Sulphur dioxide which is a corrosive gas, and a major component of acid rain.
And when sulphuric acid starts raining...
nice try.. but the idea is crazy.

Sadly its not a great idea. First we cause global warming and now global dimming. Let nature take its own course for there is still very little understanding about the dynamics of the atmosphere.

this wil not really help in controlling global warming the efct will be there and sulphur but we can sit aand wtch how much it can help us...
but i dont have much hopes
