Exercise is good for everyone. It does not matter whether a person is old or young, but with the rapid increase of developments in each field, we are doing less and less of physical exercise. We do not need to walk or go here and there more. That minimizes our daily practice of bodily exercise.

Older people need a must of exercise, because, otherwise their muscles and boned will get tight. It gives freshness and liveliness body and soul. Little or more, all are required to do some sort of daily exercise.
