I believe that the law should be definitely changed in this case. If the court is not in a state to grant permission after 20 weeks it should atleast make a special amendment for similar cases in the future. What good would be that child born when he would suffer for life and so would his parents. Would be interesting to know what action the court takes in the nest few hearings.
