I am not certain whether the places mentioned in this article are the same that have been evaded by the floods. I was told that the flood hit areas get affected by strange diseases after the water is cleared. This is a kind of double tragedy. As if the floods were not enough, we now have strange diseases killing people. Sadly, they haven’t been able to interpret the killer disease but I am sure that it is water related.
