Forget pregnancy woes, Obesity itself is a gnawing disease that if afflicting most countries. I myself have been battling the bulge ever since I can remember. I have concluded that its better to be fit than fat and strive to make it to the gym at least 3-4 times a week.

One of my relative was adviced to reduce weight if she want to have a baby. She was bulky and the gynaechologist said that this is the reason she has not yet conceived even after 2 years. Obesity is a dangerous health problem, that is sujected to bring out many other diseases in future.
