I do not mean to appear as an cynic, but is the university pouring out paens of praise for Indian students because they are ready to pay whatever it asks them to pay?
It is a well known fact that British universities are facing a cash crunch and asking British students to pay more would become a political issue for the government.
Another reason could be that the British have begun to realize the brilliance of Indians. Silicon Valley has in its foundations, the hard work and brilliance of many Indians.
