Its so easy for non-smokers to comment on smokers.
I smoke, and now i am trying to quit. Its been just 24hrs. But, I guess, I will be able to quit finally.
Quitting is definitely not as easy as people think. For non-smokers, I would suggest to do this.

It is absolutely simple to quit smoking. I am talking from practical experience. I was a heavy smoker for almost 17 years. Last year I quit, just like that, cold turkey. Believe me it was absolutely simple. Although there were withdrawal symptoms, I just fed this thought into my mind ’that it is because I had quit , this is happening’. Moreover in my case quitting was tough because, I was emotionally attached to cigarettes. If I was happy I had to smoke, if I was sad , I had to smoke, if I had meet someone I had to smoke before, if the someone didnt turn up, I had to smoke..... the list went on. Not any more. I still regret having not attempted quitting long ago.

Whatever a habit is, it is hard to give up. Smoking is also one of them. One can easily become an addict, if he starts early, but it is also easy to give up if one realizes and tries early. Within thirty. Youngsters start it just as a style, generally inspired by friends. But when they personally feel the bad effects, it is alredy late.
Kumar, it’s good that you are trying to give up smoking. You can, and you must, if you are determined.
