Some people believe that your astrological sign can reveal your personality character and that reading your horoscope can predict your destiny. But many believe that the clues to people’s character and future lie not in the stars but in their blood type. Some company has used it to evaluate job applicants. Dating services consult blood types to pair couples. So, is blood type just a fortune-telling fashion in world, or does it really reveal something about you?

Blood is made of the same components–red blood cells (oxygen-transporting cells), white blood cells (infection-fighting cells), platelets (factors that help blood clot), and plasma (the fluid that carries blood cells)–but not all blood is alike. Everyone has one of four possible blood types: A, B, AB, or O. Humans’ different blood types depend on the presence of molecules, called antigens, attached to the surface of red blood cells. Blood type is one way people share information about each other. It also generates a sense of knowledge with people whom you might otherwise not get to know on a first-person basis.

The blood type personality speculation judge that how we behave is determined, , by what we’re made of, so come across and match your behavior by your blood group:

Type O: A person with type O blood is not flashy, but pretty, giving others a good impression. Organized and determined, they can also express the truth very clearly. This can lead to stubbornness, if they can’t read their goal, they won’t give up. Their mainly career recommendations come in as Banker, politician, gambler, minister, investment broker, baseball player.

Type A: They are very studious type of person, and will try not to hurt anyone with their words or speak unnecessarily. They are decisive, but not thoughtless with their decisions. They like to follow the latest trends and dress up, but not in a flashy or gaudy way. Their mainly career ends up as Accountant, librarian, economist, novelist, computer programmer, gossip columnist.

Type B: A person with type B blood is outgoing and charming. They won’t be picky or dwell over little things. Usually, they act first before going over the details. They are also good at reading other people and provide whatever support they nee. Their mainly career ends up as Cook, hairdresser, military leader, talk show host, journalist and golfer.

Type AB: A person with type AB blood stands out from other people. They are very sensitive to their surroundings. They are very determined to do things correctly and will speak in a serious manner. Their actions are logical, but sometimes they take action without regard for the big picture. Their dress will be in extremes, sometimes very proper, sometimes very sloppy. They mainly end up as Bartender, lawyer, teacher, sales representative, social worker.

I have seldom come across rubbish like this here. However, I am really amused. I would definitely like to end up as a bartender.

By the way do have something on Zodiac signs and palmistry? A lot of our audience especially our female audience would love to hear about their love signs, future etc.

Can we expect the above and also perhaps tarot card meanings and interpretations next?

It reminds me of that old yardstick of hypothesis - ’All crows are black”. No! Actually, this looks more like an appendix to the theory of generalization.

As far as I’m concerned, I don’t think blood group should be used as a clue to read people’s character or traits. No matter if this science is accepted by professionals to screen candidates or by matrimonial agencies to pair couples, but its no more helpful than declaring that ’a barber is one who cuts your hair’. The real question is how skillful or pathetic his job is, which this generalization theory will never tell us!

Well, interesting but mypoic comments & good projection from Vikas.

Another angle of perception is that certain blood groups are more prone to certain disease and each disease has specific syptoms leading to some particular behavioural outcomes and this behavioural outcome is an essential attribute in personality.

Therefore, the chances of correlation between blood group & personality are high.

Lastly jumping to conclusion that a person wil be barber etc agains is our perception as what is being talked here is about personality and not what is blood group of barber or other professionals.

so now we are taking up something purely medical and converting even that in to this kind of nonsense. I hope the companies have some sound logic behind all this cos otherwise it makes only as much sense as a horoscope or sun sign reading. I have to agree though that companies are checking up on birthdays and taking a look at all kind of nonsense to hire people. At the end of the day, if you happen to be the best in what you do, all this amounts to nothing.

Thks, kuldeep, good to see your concern about the blood personality..............other frds of mine disagree with this rubbish but its not in certain counties like Japan they only go for blood groups ,they judge people by their blood groups.

I have heard DNA and chromosomal structure, giving unique character to one’s personality, and now it’s blood group - well may be there’s some truth to it.

Weird findings, I am amused that people even believe such a nonsense. If blood groups can determine personalities, then Indian match makers and astrologers will soon be jobless and laboratories will start minting moolah!

I think you misinterpreted the whole picture, its not ME who is correlating a certain profession (barber as you pointed out in my comment) to a particular blood group, but its this article that tries to establish this funny correlation.

And if (as you have said) are inspired by this article then YOU are supporting this funny notion too. And if you say that you are not supporting this cause, but just praising the author’s effort, then you are contradicting yourself.

Come again Kuldeep, with something that makes sense.

Okie lets look at myself. Im a B+ve and like mu blood group says i like being positive. This is where the similarity with this so called ”blood group determines ones’ character” ends. I hate war, so no military leader for me. Cooking. hell no!!! i cant make anything else apart from maggi. I won’t like to feel others’ hair except my girlfriends. so hairdressing too geos out of the window. Golf is a lousy game where old men walk behind balls. Pun intended ;). I hate Karan Johar and Simi too and i don’t watch Jay Leno and stuff. I won’t insult journalism. poor thing. But im still B+ve. Personally, i feel such surveys are just projects to make bored researchers a little richer. Enough said.

I must say though that the brownie points must go to Rekha on this. That is not a bad idea at all. Just send this to the match makers in India and they will lap it up fully. They will start their own pathology laps and soon they will be asking for your photo along with a blood sample. That would be awesomely hilarious, as if the present system is not funny enough

Well done on that Rekha, I do suggest applying for patent rights, it is big business these days... :)

LOL.

I am laughing my arse off at the profound comment of Vikas’ second Kuldeep. Vikas’ reply to Kuldeep was a classic.

Vikas, did you know Japanese eat crows too? So much so that there has been an acute shortage of crows in the 80s and 90s who are natural scavengers?

HA HA HA!!!

Jai ho baba.

The blood group based personality study is broadly dividing humans into four groups. This is extreme simplification of human character. What about the Rh+ and Rh- factors?

Well, if you agree to judge the personality through, apparels, ring tones, position of a person in group photograph, way a person speaks, the way we write and share views, his/her possessions, physical structure then why not the blood groups.

Blood groups for each individual are determined by genes (small packets of information in cells) which are inherited from both parents & so are some personality traits which a person inherits from parents.

Personality is an amalgamation of Psychological, Social & Hereditary factors and what seems to be perceived here is that it is only Blood Group that is determining overall personality. May be a wide approach with agreeableness to first understand the idea is needed.

A person’s blood group never changes and so is the basic personality.

@Vikas:

>>>... article tell about the blood goups and the different personalitie but may differ in some cases, some reseachers have proved these points...

Is it true? I am sure you have credible sources. So can I have the relevant link(s) please.

@Kuldip:

Blood groups for each individual are determined by genes...

So is your physical structure. Does that mean that a Chinese man cannot win the 110 mt hurdle gold in the Olympics? Ah! I am losing it here.

Okay, let’s say you are right. My blood group as determined by my genes suggest that either my ancestors were bartenders, lawyers, teachers, sales representatives or social workers.

Time to review my family history perhaps. I am sure you found it matching yours exactly to what the article above says. I am not asking you what it is (you can keep your family secrets along with your blood group to yourself and don’t even let your blood be tested by any doctor because he might unwittingly know your family history).

I appreciate your second attempt, but unfortunately, it failed miserably to bring you back home. I was honestly expecting some sane talkin from you, but you disappointed me.

By the way, are you an ’AB’? Cuz you look like a desperate salesman trying his best to promote Vikas’ crap idea!!

Ahh! Kuldeep

I’m really impressed man! I’ve never seen a salesman as honest as you. To give your crap product the advantage, you can go to the extent of highlighting your idiocy by identifying with the crap itself!!

Happy selling crap dude, I hope you will find likeminded buyers. And if, by any chance of fate, you don’t succeed in attracting fools like you.... I’m happy that you have the knack of sending yourself to the world of quasi-happiness by self-stimulation!!

I came across an article on this topic recently; it was entertaining then & it is entertaining now, so good job on that one...
Here is another...

Perhaps what you might want to do, if you’re really into this sort of thing is carry out research on a specific blood group & find out if it really makes any sense...because it really doesn’t..
If it did, how would you explain a family, all type B’s for example... obnoxious parents, an introvert goth daughter & a son who is just well... So there you go... should they all be farmers or golfers??? Hardly lazy if you are a journalist or in the military...
